Ingredients

  • 4 oz (120ml) gin
  • 4 oz (120ml) club soda
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice + basil sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle:
    • In a shaker, muddle blackberries, basil, and lime juice until juicy.
  2. Shake:
    • Add gin, simple syrup (if using), and ice. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain & Top:
    • Strain into ice-filled glasses. Top with club soda.
  4. Garnish:
    • Add blackberries and a basil sprig.
