This quick and flavorful dish features juicy, tender steak bites seared to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce. Paired with crispy roasted potatoes and colorful veggies, this meal is both delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

For the Roasted Veggies:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Roasted Veggies:
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Toss baby potatoes, broccoli, and bell pepper with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano on a baking sheet.
    3. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the Steak Bites:
    1. While veggies are roasting, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
    3. Reduce heat to low and add butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the steak.
    4. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
  3. Serve:
    1. Plate the steak bites alongside the roasted veggies.
    2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
