Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Roasted Veggies
This quick and flavorful dish features juicy, tender steak bites seared to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce. Paired with crispy roasted potatoes and colorful veggies, this meal is both delicious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
- 1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Roasted Veggies:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Prepare the Roasted Veggies:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss baby potatoes, broccoli, and bell pepper with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Cook the Steak Bites:
- While veggies are roasting, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat to low and add butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the steak.
- Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
- Serve:
- Plate the steak bites alongside the roasted veggies.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
