Honey Citrus Mint Tea (a.k.a. “Medicine Ball” Tea)

A soothing and refreshing tea with honey, citrus, and mint flavors—perfect for chilly days or when you’re feeling under the weather.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 bag green tea
  • 1 bag herbal mint tea
  • ½ cup lemonade
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 slice fresh lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Steep both tea bags in hot water for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and stir in honey and lemonade.
  3. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint. Enjoy warm!
