Sparkling blood orange mocktail in a crystal glass with ice, garnished with a rosemary sprig and orange slice on a dark wooden table.

Sparkling Blood Orange & Rosemary Mocktail (3 Ingredients!)

This Sparkling Blood Orange Mocktail is the perfect winter refresher. Sweet, tart, and ready in 5 minutes.

It captures the best flavors of winter citrus—sweet, tart, and vibrant—and pairs them with an aromatic hint of rosemary. It looks incredible in a glass (that deep red gradient is stunning), but it honestly takes about 3 minutes to throw together. No cocktail shaker required!

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz fresh blood orange juice (about 2 oranges)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (or honey, to taste)
  • 3-4 oz chilled club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: 1 sprig fresh rosemary and a thin slice of blood orange

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base: In a rocks glass or tumbler, add the fresh blood orange juice and simple syrup. Stir briskly with a spoon until combined.
  2. Add Ice: Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
  3. Add Sparkle: Slowly pour the chilled club soda over the ice.
  4. Garnish: Gently stir once to create a gradient effect. Clap the rosemary sprig between your hands (this releases the oils!) and tuck it into the glass along with a slice of blood orange. Serve immediately.
