- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
